Guest House Natalie is situated in quiet part of Frantiskovy Lazne, 2 minutes’ walk from Aquaforum and 12 minutes’ walk from the City Spa Collonade. We offer spacious and peaceful apartments with beautiful views of the Wiedermann park and moorland. We welcome couples, larger groups, and families with children and, based on prior agreement, we may also welcome your pets.
The Guest House is owned by the Jelen Family, who have been providing accommodation here since 2015. Our motto is to make our guests to feel like they’re home. Thanks to its moderate capacity (up to 23 persons) and its welcoming staff, Guest House Natalie really does have a homely feel.
The total price of accommodation includes local fees, duvets (anti-allergenic feather filling is standard), bed linen (100% cotton), towels (with continuous laundry/exchange), liquid soap, toilet paper, paper, and textile towels. In the kitchens we also include coffee filters, coffee, sugar, salt, vinegar, and oil.
Roman Jelen, the owner, is also a regional butcher. He has been providing accommodation in Frantiskovy Lazne since 2015. He is an extremely helpful, kind, and communicative person, who seeks to fulfil every wish of his guests. His backyard garden has a relaxed and casual atmosphere and his knowledge of the local roads and trails is a great aid when planning bike trips or walks, for which his fantastic breakfasts are the perfect preparation. Bookings and guest enquiries are taken by Eliska Novakova, currently on maternity leave with daughter Anna Novakova. Other members of our family are daughter Aneta Jelenová, studying at University, and Roman Jelen Jr., Building Manager and Key Holder is Grandpa Gustav Jelen. Our Night watchman is our cat Berynka.

For younger children we can provide items such as nanny alarm, highchair, bathtub, etc.
For the Children we have an assortment of books, desk games, toys, and sport gear.
We can pick you up from the train station Františkovy Lázně/Cheb or take you to the airport Karlovy Vary. (Other pick-ups can be agreed by prior arrangement and settlement agreement).
We may conduct small shopping trips to Lidl, Františkovy Lázně.
To bring you breakfast to your apartment. There is a choice of Continental or English breakfast and it is brought to your room between 9-10 AM. The owner is a butcher and notoriously generous with his guest’s breakfasts!
English breakfast consists of: A donut, cheese, butter, jam, two eggs, 100g bacon, vegetable salad, various pastries, Pot of coffee, Pot of tea, jug of milk.
Continental breakfast consists of: Ham, two types of cheese, salami, egg (according to guests’ preference) with sausage, vegetable salad, various pastries, Pot of coffee, Pot of tea, jug of milk.
For 250 CZK/night we may accommodate your pets (with prior agreement).
